IVR (Phone) Clock In

Overview
There are five easy steps to clock in with Shiftboard's interactive voice response (IVR) system.
1. Obtain a Shiftboard account ID or organization's ID.
2. Set PIN number by selecting Password/PIN from the account's Contact Info tab
- Select Pin Code & Access Information
- Enter new PIN and confirm PIN
- Update
3. Select Password/PIN in account's Contact Info tab. Click on "Pin Code & Access Information."
4. Call the clock in phone number listed under user ID.
5. Follow the automated directions of the phone number.
- Enter user ID
- Enter PIN number
