Customizing Weekly Calendar View

Both of the weekly calendar views allow you to customize your view options and select what fields are shown on the calendar view. To customize your view, complete the steps below:

  1. Go to Calendar>Schedules
  2. Select Week
  3. Select the "Customize" button for the view you want to adjust.
    1. Time view stacks the shifts in time order.
    2. Staff view will show your staff members on the left hand side of the view and their corresponding shifts in a row.
  4. For Time View, select the fields you want shown on the calendar.
    1. Once you have selected all fields, click Save to change your view for one time only, or select Save as Site Default to make that your default Weekly Time View.
  5. For Staff View, you will again select which fields to include on the calendar. You can also choose the order for how names are categorized on the left hand side of your Calendar.
    1. Once you have selected all fields, click Save to change your view for one time only, or select Save as Site Default to make that your default Weekly Staff View.
  6. Of the fields to select from will be member mobile number, shift subject, custom shift fields and more.
    1. As a note, the mobile member checkbox option will pull the mobile phone information from a member profile onto the shift preview for easy access.
  7. If you have selected to save your selections as the site default, then the next time you navigate to your Weekly Time or Staff View, you will see the additional fields you selected.
