Updates to Our Privacy Policy  

Shiftboard is committed to helping teams across the globe automate scheduling and workforce management.  As part of our growth and in support of upcoming changes to European Union (EU) data protection laws, we are updating our product and privacy policy. These new EU laws are referred to as General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). There are no changes to how we protect your data. That has always been a top priority for Shiftboard.

As of May 25th, 2017, Shiftboard will require all users review and accept the use of cookies and our new privacy policy.

Summary of Changes

  • Shiftboard Privacy Policy GDPR updates.

The European Union has updated requirements for access and protection of personal information. These requirements are referred to as the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). Shiftboard has updated its privacy policy to meet the requirements defined in GDPR.

  • Shiftboard Product changes.

Shiftboard is being updated to require all users to accept the use of cookies and the privacy policy. When users log-in they will be prompted with a message to accept these updates, and they will not be able to continue using Shiftboard until they have accepted the use of cookies and the new privacy policy.

  • Shiftboard Process changes.

To ensure compliance with GDPR, Shiftboard customer success will ensure that users requesting uploads are notified of our compliance with GDPR in processing this data.
