After installing ScheduleFlex by Shiftboard, you will need to login to receive the Push Notifications enablement prompt.
Shiftboard Push Notification Permissions – Click “Allow”
-Your Site has push notifications enabled, please give us permission to receive push notifications from your site.
Apple Notification Permission – Click “Allow”
-“Shiftboard” Would like to send you Notifications – Notifications may include alerts, sounds, and icon badges. These can be configured in Settings.
After installing ScheduleFlex by Shiftboard and enabled Notifications on the device, you will have the ability to toggle which Notifications options you would like enabled.
This can be found Settings>Notifications>Shiftboard.
Here you will be able to turn Notifications on or off, as well as which Notifications show such as Banners, sounds, and badges.
If you are not seeing options for Notifications, first be sure that after signing in for the first time you Allow Notifications from the app which will turn on the option within settings.
To note, tools like Do Not Disturb and Focuses can cause issue receiving App Notifications.
