IVR (Phone) Clock In

Overview

ScheduleFlex IVR allows Sites to utilize approved phones for Clock-In/Out. Below are steps for setting up and using IVR.  

  1. Obtain a Shiftboard account ID or organization's ID.
  2. Set PIN number by selecting Password/PIN from the account's Contact Info tab
    • Select Pin Code & Access Information
    • Enter new PIN and confirm PI
    • Update
  3. Select Password/PIN in account's Contact Info tab. Click on "Pin Code & Access Information."
  4. 4. Call the clock in phone number listed under user ID.
  5. 5. Follow the automated directions of the phone number.
    • Enter user I
    • Enter PIN number
